We also co-ordinate the council permits for the inevitable road disruptions where the construction meets the road. Office buildings can be for one or many businesses. This can take the shape of a serviced office layout with multiple tenants with the accompanying security access to restrict access to areas and for given times. You may need a purpose built building for one company with security access by floors or areas, with category 6 cabling and co-ordinated security systems inside and out. We work with you to construct a plan.
