Rapid Building Group is a West Australian Company, formed in 2017 by Aaron Nicholson, Luke Edmonds & Sam Blomeley.
Following many years successfully running their own Construction and Carpentry companies the three decided to pool their resources and expertise in order to provide the market with an exceptional service that is often missing. With over 57 years combined experience in the Construction Industry as Qualified Carpenters, Site Managers, Project Managers, Construction Managers & Registered Building Practitioners, we have a wealth of experience and an ability to deal with a vast array of Projects

Design & Construct
We have a gifted team of designers and construction experts who have years of experience creating homes for the people of Perth, Western Australia. We keep up with the latest design and thermal insulation standards to ensure that your house is not just beautiful but that it is as low maintenance and energy efficient as it can be given the latest technology available.
If you have special requirements such as insulation, solar panels, hot water systems or Power Walls we can help. We can install a charging unit in your garage for electric vehicles. We can have your house set up with smart wiring or Bluetooth systems for sound, TV systems, security systems to be controlled via your phone or a central point in the house. If you need a solution, we will discuss and provide a plan that suits you.
Project Management
We manage your project from the planning stage, through to the construction stage and then to completion and handover. This is necessary not just for the smooth running of your project, but to ensure your finance provider is satisfied that they can make progress payments and there are no delays as the house reaches its inevitable completion.
We provide post construction support and advice to ensure that you have the house you want. We are NOT happy unless you are happy!
