Office Design
Before anything happens, we will come and see you to discuss what you need for your office building. Generally, there will need to be different types of spaces to complete your office. You may need a boardroom/meeting room that may require specific cabling, quad data points, TV points and even special lighting and security access. You will no doubt need a kitchen/lunchroom, toilets and likely security access depending on your company’s operational requirements.
Project Management
We manage the whole project from beginning to end. This involves the initial consultation, design, council permissions if required, the costing and co-ordination of trades people including plasterers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers and gas fitters.
Council Planning Permission
Depending on the extent and type of office fit out, will depend on whether you need to have formal plans submitted to the council for approval. We will take care of this if required
Partitioned/Gyprock Walls Construction
Most offices will require a mix of partitioned walls depending on the extent of the project. We will organise the carpenters and plasterers and include it in the design and costings for the project.
Plumbing and Gas
Different sites will require plumbing for toilets, kitchens, specialty rooms and showers. Hot water systems and gas stoves may need council applications or rebates from solar providers.
Electrical Power Points, Lights
An office without Power Points will end up with power boards everywhere and insufficient lighting will make the office seem dark and gloomy. A bit of planning can save a lot of cost and hassles later.
Security Systems
When planning an office, you may want to install electronic passes to restrict access and install cameras as well as movement sensitive lights that keep your lighting costs low.
